Introducing Myself
Hi there! I wanted to take a minute to use my very first post here at
100CafeStreet.com to introduce myself. My name is Casey, aka CaseyDeuce to some, and I’ll be contributing to the site. I couldn’t be more excited to join in on this and I hope that everyone enjoys and can get use out of my posts.
A little more about me, I’m a stay at home mom of 2, a 5 year old girl and a 1 year old boy. My husband works full time as a butcher so that I can stay home. We’re a sweet tooth type household, and though with my husband being a butcher and bringing home lots of meat, I’ve had to master the savory and the sweet! I write A Couch With A View, where I talk about everything from day to day life, menu planning, reviews and giveaways.
I hope that my contributions here can be fun and helpful. I’m looking forward to reading comments and connecting with the readers! Want to know an interesting fact about me and desserts? I’m an “accidently” cook and baker. I end up making great things completely by accident. I don’t follow recipes all that often, I tweak them and end up making completely new desserts! I even made these killer brownie cookies once totally by accident! You’ll have to keep checking in to hear how I did that! Have you ever come up with something stellar completely by accident?
So the question that I have for you all is: what would you like to see from me here at 100CafeStreet.com? I’ve got ideas swarming in my head, but I’d really love to hear from you! Here I’ll strive to be fun and informative, down to earth and approachable. You can always contact me at my personal email address, caseyscouch@yahoo.com
I look forward to getting to know everyone!
Savory & Sweet always,
CaseyDeuce

I want new ideas for dessert! From the insanely rich and indulgent to the simple and light treats.
I can relate with accidental deliciousness. I love it when that happens!
