 RECIPE (for 2 tartes):<br />

- 9oz (1 &amp; 1/8 cup) of flour<br />
- ¼ cup oil<br />
- 1 pinch of salt<br />
- 1 cup warm water<br />

<strong>For the filling</strong>:<br />
- 2 cup of crème fraiche<br />
- 1 cup cottage cheese<br />
- 1 yolk<br />
- 2 tbsp sugar<br />
- 1 tsp cinnamon<br />
- 2 apples (peeled and diced)<br />
- 3 tbsp dried cranberries<br />

<strong>Directions<br />
</strong>Pre heat the oven for 400 degrees.<br />
Mix first the flour with the salt then add the oil and the water slowly mix well let it rest for 1/2 hour in the fridge. Then roll down to two circles of 10/12 inch each. Mix the crème fraiche, cottage cheese, yolk, sugar and cinnamon until creamy. Spread a spoon full of the filing on the dough. Top with the apples and dried cranberries and bake it like a pizza at 400 F for 6-8 minutes. Take out when crust is golden brown, sprinkle with some sugar and cinnamon and enjoy.</p>
